The Chinese Society of Medical Physics, Taipei (CSMPT) was founded in 1996 and developed to date, we have more than 350 members, including 250+ qualified diagnostic medical physicists, oncology medical physicists, and medical dosimetrists certified by the independent qualification board of CSMPT. As the only registered national medical physics association in Taiwan, the mission of CSMPT is to advance the scientific, educational, and professional practice of medical physics, to improve patient care and the quality of academic research, and to increase communication with associated domestic and overseas academic groups.
Therefore, as a member of IOMP and AFOMP, CSMPT has been committed to exploring opportunities for cooperation with other members or organizations from all over the world. Promoting the advancement in status and standard of practice and sharing the responsibilities of the regional development of the medical physics profession have always been our effort goals.
